The following is the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo’s congratulatory message for the new school year.


Dear teachers, schoolchildren and education employees,

The beginning of the new school year finds Kosovo better prepared in the fight for knowledge and education, with improved working and learning conditions for thousands of teachers and schoolchildren across our country.

During this year, Kosovo has made important achievements in the sphere of international integration and internal stability, with noticeable progress in all areas.

The Government of the Republic of Kosovo has continued to maintain the improvement of working conditions and progress in education, at all levels, as one of its priorities

The contribution of teachers in educating new generations so that they are able to compete with their peers on the world stage is the aim of the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo.

Dear teachers,

Being aware of your historic role and valuing your educational mission, the Kosovo Government promises that your material and financial conditions will improve every year.

With faith in your dignified work, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and on my personal behalf, I offer you my most sincere congratulations on the beginning of the new academic year.
